You may need some continued support when leaving the refuge. Starting again on your own is a big step but there is help with:

• Personal safety planning
   

• Practical problems in the house
   

• Local information
   

• Money management
   

• Help filling in forms
   

• Dealing with agencies e.g. Benefits, Housing  & Educational
   

• Emotional support
   

• A friendly face to talk to
   

• Home security
   

The service can be available for up to six months.
