WHAT WOMEN SHOULD BRING TO REFUGE.

In an emergency situation you may come to the Refuge with nothing.

We can provide emergency food and toiletries.

If possible you should bring food, toiletries, clothing, towels and if you have children their favourite toy.

Our rooms are fully furnished and we provide bedding. We also provide kitchen/dining facilities and all the kitchen equipment women need to prepare your own meals. 

We also have an on-site laundry.

It makes things easier to sort out if you can manage to bring any of the following:

•	Benefit books
•	Rent book
•	Birth or marriage certificates
•	Passport
•	Driving licence
•	Bank book/cards
•	Wage slips
•	Paid household bills in your name
