How does the My Account work on this web site?
To view your current domain name status and hosting agreement, simply follow the following steps.
1. Click the Login button on the top right hand side of the page.
2. Enter your username and password. Your username is usually your email address, the password is that that has previously been sent to you. If you have forgotten or compromised your password, please email support@merweb.co.uk and we will make the necessary changes.
3. Then click my account which appears alongside the login button.
4. Your account details will be opresented in the content area of the web site.
- It will include your personal details
- Your password
- Information options
- Hosting Plan
- Domain name information
- Notes
Please NOTE
The domain name information is pulled from a registrars database and can take a little time to appear, please be patient.
